If you know what you’re doing and just want to train in our gym then we have our open gym membership. This allows you to come and use the facilities whenever you like and crack on with your training. There will always be a coach on hand to answer any question you have, whether it’s about your deadlift form, or how to peak your training for a competition.
One Coached Session
We run coaching sessions for Powerlifting, Weightlifting and Met Con and there will be classes running every day of the week. If you would like to come to one of these each week, on top of your open gym membership then this is the option for you.
Unlimited Coached Sessions
If group coaching is your thing and you want to come to multiple sessions each week, then you want this membership option!
Both our coaches are also available for private coaching sessions if you’re after some private tuition.
